D.G. Techlink Ltd has established and maintains an information security management system (ISMS) through which ensures the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the information and data processed as well as the systems and applications utilised for this purpose.

The ISMS established enforces policies and procedures to protect the company’s resources from unauthorised access, modification and/or deletion, ensure a digitally trusted environment for the company’s procedures to be executed and assure that the company’s products have a certain level of quality and security built in them. D.G. Techlink Ltd performs on a frequent basis, risk assessments, access control reviews, vulnerability scans, software application and network penetration tests, both internally and externally, where applicable. Furthermore, information and data backup plans as well as incident response procedures have been designed, implemented and are in place for ensuring smooth recovery from incidents or allow the company to assess appropriately before being forced to resort in activating its disaster recovery and business continuity plans. It is noted that these plans are also tested and updated frequently.

All personnel take part in the company’s information security awareness training program on a frequent basis in order to handle information in secure ways and according to the company’s acceptable use policy and information classification scheme approved by the management.

D.G. Techlink Ltd has obtained and maintains an ISO/IEC 27001 certification which provides a standard level of assurance of the aforementioned information security controls implementation.
