Overview
We are looking for a skilled QA AI Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining AI-powered solutions that enhance Quality Assurance processes. The role focuses on improving testing efficiency, test coverage, defect analysis, and quality reporting through the use of Generative AI, Azure AI Foundry, and automation technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop AI solutions to support QA activities, including test case generation, test data creation, and defect analysis
- Build and maintain AI assistants and agents that improve testing productivity and quality outcomes
- Utilise Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and AI Search to deliver QA-focused solutions
- Integrate AI tools into QA workflows and Azure DevOps pipelines
- Evaluate, validate, and continuously improve AI-generated outputs
- Collaborate with QA, Product, and Development teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvements
Requirements
- Strong background in Software Quality Assurance and Testing
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry and Generative AI technologies
- Experience with GitHub Copilot
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, and CI/CD practices
- Proficiency in Python and API integration
- Understanding of Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to have
- Experience testing across web and mobile platforms
- Exposure to AI architecture or framework design decisions
