Overview
Are you an IT Support Technician with 2–3 years of experience who enjoys solving problems and keeping systems running smoothly?
Responsibilities
- Deliver hardware support services
- Install and support workstations and laptops
- Support Windows operating systems
- Install and configure Microsoft 365
- Set up and maintain local networks
- Install business software solutions
- Ensure network and computer system security
- Provide user guidance and training
- Plan maintenance activities and schedule system upgrades
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Optimise client infrastructure
- Travel to client locations when required, communicating with clients and internal teams
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as an IT Technician or Engineer
- Degree in IT or Telecommunications
- Ability to solve technical problems independently
- Knowledge of networking technologies
- Knowledge of computer hardware
- Knowledge of structured cabling
- Experience providing customer support
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluency in Greek and English
Nice to have
- Microsoft certification
- Experience with electromechanical installations
