What is ISO 9001?

The ISO 9001 is an internationally recognised standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS). This seal of approval comes from a qualified third-party organisation to verify that TECHLINK adheres to the guidelines of the International Organisation for Standardisation – an independent non-government body. The ISO 9001 accreditation demonstrates that TECHLINK can consistently provide quality services that enhance customer satisfaction, through emphasising on the role of leadership in quality management and the importance of risk management. The certification of the ISO 9001 standard itself, is widely held in high regard by clients globally. Below, we highlight a few reasons why this achievement matters to you.
